Delivery Areas

European Delivery: We ship and install to all European countries, including:

  • Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland)

  • Central and Eastern Europe

International Delivery: We also arrange shipping globally to:

Shipping Timeline

European Installations: 4–6 weeks from completion, including professional installation coordination

International Installations: 6–12 weeks depending on destination, customs clearance, and site logistics

Custom Commission Sculptures: Shipping timeline is confirmed during the design consultation and included in your project schedule (typically 6–18 months total, including fabrication and delivery).

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery address and accessibility details

  • Ensure adequate space and site preparation

  • Be available for installation coordination (typically 1–3 days)

  • Provide any special site access requirements in advance

Installation Process

  1. Pre-Installation Consultation: We contact you 2–3 weeks before delivery to confirm site details, access, and positioning preferences.

  2. Site Assessment: Our installation team may request photos or video to plan logistics and ensure proper foundation/placement.

  3. Delivery: Professional installers carefully position your sculpture, ensuring optimal placement for your space and landscape.

  4. Final Inspection: We verify installation quality, address any finishing touches, and provide care and maintenance guidance.

  5. Documentation: You receive professional installation photography and certificates of authenticity.

Damage Insurance

All sculptures are insured during transit and installation. In the rare event of damage:

  • We document and file insurance claims immediately

  • Repair or replacement options are discussed with you

  • Your satisfaction is our priority

Please inspect your sculpture upon arrival and report any concerns within 5 business days.

Special Placement (gardens, outdoor Spaces)

For outdoor garden installations:

  • We assess drainage, foundation requirements, and seasonal weathering

  • Grey granite specifications include advice for climate-specific care

  • Maintenance guidance is provided (how your sculpture will weather and age)

  • Optional: installation of protective drainage systems or landscape integration

Customs and international shipping

For international orders:

  • We manage all customs documentation and tariff classification
